Tableau Developer is urgently required to join a leading Consultancy looking to build on our Data Visualisation Capability with the addition of a Tableau Developer.
As the Tableau Developer your primary focus will be to deliver solutions to their client; to implement user friendly dashboards which allow them to quickly get accurate and actionable insight into their business and generate reports to engage senior stakeholders.
The Tableau Developer will be passionate about analysis with a high attention to detail and the ability to think outside of the box. You will enjoy working within a fast-paced, changing environment, and being involved in projects that have a real business impact.
Required skills and experience for the Tableau Developer include:
- Ability to develop complex Tableau reports and dashboards using Tableau Creator or Tableau Desktop Professional.
- Knowledge of Datawarehouse & Datamodelling
- Experience of setting up Tableau data sources.
- Experience of using Tableau Server or Tableau On-line.
- Ability to do Tableau systems administration, including setup of Tableau Servers. User set up, security configuration, system tuning, backups, etc.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Qlik.
- Understanding of ETL process and tooling.
- Experience of the Cloud (Azure)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to engage with stakeholders and help deliver what they need.
