Description
We are currently recruiting 1/2nd Line IT Support Engineers for a Public Sector customer based in Warwickshire. The role will be working with the customer project teams to support IT hardware and peripherals rollouts, decommission, asset management, deployment and day to day deskside support for end users.
Ideal candidates will have the following
- Experience working in a 1st/2nd line IT Support capacity within enterprise environments
- Working in Wintel environments
- Experience working as part of a project team
- Asset management and disposals of IT equipment
- Able to work effectively unsupervised under own direction
- Good communication skills
This role will include an element of travel to various customer sites therefore access to own transport with a clean vaild UK licence is required.
