IT Service Desk Technician

Our client is looking for a highly skilled IT Service Desk Technician to join their team for a 3 months initial contract.

THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED REMOTELY

THIS ROLE SITS INSIDE IR35

Key responsibilities

Experience

  • Extensive experience of providing second level support within a busy IT department, using a Service Desk management platform.
  • Extensive experience of providing support to Windows 10.
  • Extensive experience of providing support to Azure services and applications.
  • Extensive experience of providing support to Windows Server .
  • Extensive experience of providing support for Office 365 eg Exchange, Sharepoint, One Drive.
