Opportunity for long term role for the successful candidate
You will:
1. Perform data quality, information optimisation and accuracy tasks, including identifying and cleaning spreadsheet-based lead lists associated with events and demand generation activities
2. Working with the EMEAR and APJC field marketing team and under their guidance you will assist in preparing process documents, with deadlines and owners, for event and demand gen lead lists and lead list uploads.
3. Assist in ensuring the members of the EMEAR and APJC field team and sales team leaders are informed on event and demand generation lead list upload status and Salesforce campaigns.
4. Post event, gather lead-related contact information from event attendees and upload to relevant databases in a timely manner
5. Occasional general marketing support including meeting scheduling, calendar invites, and more

You have a BS or BA, and 1 - 2 years experience in a startup business environment.
You have a strong work ethic, balancing quality and productivity to produce your best work efficiently.
You have exceptional timeliness and communication to support interdepartmental optimization.
You have a high level of creativity and initiative.
Computer skills preferred include: Spreadsheet skills including concatenating, Google Drive, One Drive, Wrike, PowerPoint
Experience with a SaaS security company is desirable but not required
