Description
. Liaise with your manager, project manager and other IT OPs teams to migrate Servers between Data Centers.
. Physically install and configure Servers and storage as requested.
. Troubleshoot connectivity/cabling issues.
. Manage storage allocations and replications.
. Resolve incident and raise changes as per ITIL best practices.
. Complete/update relevant documentation.
Required Experience:
. Hands on technical support analyst with
. Fibre channel storage/SAN experience (any vendor, Brocade, IBM preferable).
. Hardware rack and stack
. Copper/Fibre cabling, patching, and troubleshooting.
. Intel based rack/blade server installation, commission, and maintenance.
