VMware Engineer | Brussels/Remote|12 Month Mission
One of clients in the cloud space is looking for a VMWare engineer they would be completing Daily monitoring of the virtual IT automation infrastructure and completing technical assistance to internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the system from the operational technical IT environment.
Oversees the optimal functioning of the system monitoring tools under his/her responsibility;
Development of the rules for the use of system monitoring tools, in accordance with the company's norms and standards and in compliance with service contracts;
Ensures the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of systems to ensure the sustainability of the IT infrastructure and its components and to ensure that it can meet new needs;
Monitors computer assets (eg backup verification, alert thresholds, precise tuning), detects, resolves and reports irregularities;
Perform backup and recovery procedures;
Monitors resources;
Monitor and analyze the performance of systems (alert thresholds, tuning) and implement measures to improve them and report on them;
Ensure the production of the vRealize Automation suite and all useful dependencies (portal, ...).
Key Skills
- VMWare Certification of any kind
- vRealise/Nutanix
- Virtualisation and Storage Experience
- French or Dutch Speaking

Location: Brussels Belgium- Mostly remote work
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: €450
