2nd Line Support - IT Support - Desktop Support - Windows 10 - Edinburgh - Inside IR35
A fantastic long term contract opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer based onsite in Edinburgh.
You will be an onsite Support Engineer helping users with any issues that arise with their IT equipment. The role could include Imaging laptops, Asset Management, maintaining and updating stock levels, general Desktop Support, MAC book and iPhone setup/queries.
Strong communication skills in person and over the phone are essential along with experience in the usual Microsoft/Windows 10 technology.
Please note, there is also a requirement for the resource to travel to the Glasgow office for holiday/sickness cover, travel expenses will be reimbursed.
