Service Desk Analyst - Remote Working
My client are a leading local authority situated in the North West of England.
Currently we a requirement for x4 experienced and talented Service Desk Analyst to provide first line telephone support via the ICT Service Desk.
The post is currently home-based and all IT equipment will be provided.
The prospective candidate will:
Provide 1st line telephone support on the ICT Service Desk Respond to incidents and request first time fixes or assigning to other teams where not possible Work with Windows 10, M365, Windows 7, Citrix, McAfee EPO, SCCM, Active Directory and other systems
