What’s the Role?
Seeding proactive deals in existing accounts; orchestrating complexities typical to multi-service line deals; structuring commercial models; leveraging partnerships for stitching end-to-end solutions; working with cross-functional solution & delivery teams in building proposals and leading proposal defense
Key Results
• Number of large deals seeded; large deals qualify as $50Mn+ (Americas/ EMEA) / $25Mn+ (APJI)
• TCV of large deals booked
• Continuously innovate/ differentiate for driving Win Rate
Preferred Skills
• Sound understanding of the Domain/ Vertical business – experience of delivering Technology Solutions in either a Client Scenario (IT firm delivering to a Vertical Client) or as Internal IT (CIO Organization for a Vertical Client)
• Network into Domain & Vertical forums/ expert communities/ startups & partners
• Knowledge on competition landscape and their offerings to continuously differentiate in competitive bids
Preferred Experience
• 20+ years of well-rounded IT/Managed Services/ Tx/consulting experience; therein 10+ years’ experience in leadership role as solutions and presales head, market maker and sales/ delivery/domain consulting with strong background understanding of Vertical Industry
• Working in multiple geographies and spectrum of customer across diverse industries
• Experience and involvement in running large/ key/ strategic deals
