Graduate Recruiter, Germany

Our team of recruiters are deep domain experts, aligned to a dedicated business area, to enable them to effectively tap into the talent market for both active and passive talent. They are responsible for identifying and activating the right channel strategies which will ensure we secure the best talent, building talent pools and puddle. You will work alongside them.
You need hands-on recruiting experience and will be required to develop strong relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with clients, peers, and central teams

Role

• Drive the graduate candidate recruitment process and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Liaison & work with University placement / recruitment cells and deliver and execute targeted on-campus events to drive pipeline growth
• Create and maintain a continuous graduate pool of candidates
• Run Social media campaigns to engage and build a continuous graduate pipeline
• Review and assess incoming applications to the graduate programme
• Facilitate internal assessment days
• Follow up with successful candidates to ensure the end to end Recruitment process is successfully concluded.
• Track, maintain and analyze data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities, drawing insights from analytics to make the hiring process smarter and more efficient

Essential Criteria
• Proficient in at least 2 of the following languages : German, French, Romanian, Polish
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Professional and outgoing approach
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative


Required Skills

• Previous experience of University liaison / Internship exposure is preferred
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters
• Demonstrated ability to use analysis to drive recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements to the company's recruitment efforts based on client needs
• Strong passion for campus recruiting and working with candidates from diverse backgrounds who are starting their careers, experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation
