Description

As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and evolving the domain architecture for Personalization, cross delivering with Digital&Tech. You will work closely with our Product Management, Engineer lead and functional stakeholders to ensure that technology implications are pro-actively addressed during the design of our business processes and operating model.

Beyond technical design responsibilities, we see solution architecture as a domain of thought leadership that combines technical understanding with end-to-end business process knowledge to inform and challenge other domains.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the Consumer Engagement business unit and work for the Personalization Centre of Excellence team.

Your purpose is to make the overall personalization main use cases roadmap and Enterprise Architecture vision come alive in recommending, implementing, and refining solutions. You will work in an agile setting, assuming the responsibility for the solution design, ensuring it fits the overall target operating model and that dependencies to rest of the solution landscape is managed. During an initiative, you will be deeply involved in driving the technical deliveries based on the defined business capabilities. You will facilitate and orchestrate the delivery of targeted business architecture and outcomes.

• Understand business drivers and business capabilities, and determine corresponding system designs and configurations to drive targeted business outcomes in Personalization use cases
• Proactively engage with functional and technical stakeholders to feed critical design as well as configuration options into functional business decisions
• Review and suggest proposed solutions during the early stages of the process and collaboratively provide pre-analysis of trade-offs to decision-makers.
• Design technical configuration of solutions and integration with other components in the landscape based on industry best-practice, Enterprise Architecture principles, and technical design standards
• Work with IT operations and leadership team to facilitate the seamless flow of implemented solutions from configuration and testing into operations.
• Establish critical NFRs at the solution level to enable and drive functional requirements to meet business capabilities.

• Build artifacts and own solution as well as integration architecture
• Support the architecture runway within the portfolio management
• Enable best-in-class practices, standards, and methodologies within the Pandora engineering standards team.
• Execution of the long-term big picture strategy and tactical planning
• Quality and reliability of delivered Products

Skill Set
• 3+ years of lead architecture in enterprise application implementations
• Strong knowledge in integration architecture
• Strong knowledge on ecommerce preferable (Salesforce)
• Strong knowledge in end to end, data lifecycle
• Strong knowledge data mesh
• Strong knowledge on Event-Driven Architecture preferable (Kafka)
• Strong knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS) Certificate in architecture would be good.
• Agile experience, i.e. have a good understanding and practical experience with Agile delivery and Lean methodologies (SAFe, Spotify, SCRUM, Kanban)
