Assignment Description
Our client in the financial services is looking for a Program Manager to coordinate the clients Cyber Security projects. You will become a part of the team in the Core Risk Exposure Mitigation (CREM) programme. The main purpose of this programme is to align the companies cyber maturity with global financial institutions. You will also be the lead for the Secure Development team.
Responsibilities
- Drive regulatory projects
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with stakeholders of all seniority levels within the bank
- Support implementation of risk agenda in a fast-pace environment
- Ensure deliveries and quality of the projects
- Adhere to project management best practices, methodologies, systems and tools as defined by the company
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Senior Programme Manager in IT projects or similar role
- Experience with regulatory projects and implementation would be an advantage
- Experience in secure development, such as developing model based on security policy and instructions, optimizing and securing DevOps tool implementation would be beneficial
- Ownership and pro-activeness to drive projects, with the ability to quickly absorb new information and deal with ambiguity
