Pactera EDGE, a global provider of technology and digital platform services, is looking for Software Developer Engineer in Test to work on key accounts programs. The ideal candidates are tech professionals based in Serbia.What the role entails:
• Create test cases and execute tests to identify software problems
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Document results of tests for the software development team
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
• Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
• Research and compare similar competitor products
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
• Create and manage automation testing
Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; and proficient in English
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Comfortable with version control, preferably Git
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• 3+ years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI, functional, system, integration, performance, and security testing
• Experience with software QA tools and processes
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Performance Testing / Security Testing
• Azure DevOps
• Knowledgeable on Logistics, Supply Chain Managements systems
