Description

Role:

  • Establish and document remediation paths for end of life technology products
  • Act as a subject expert for the remediation of end of life products
  • Assist with the management and tracking of remediation efforts, identifying and resolving risks

Essential Skills:

  • Broad technical background across midrange server (physical, virtual, grid), operating system (Windows and Unix), storage and backup technologies (SAN, NAS, Netbackup), database technologies (Oracle, SqlServer, Sybase), Middleware (MQ, WebSphere) and other IT technologies
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills with an ability to handle data from multiple sources
  • Knowledge of ITIL procedures and best practices
