- CIDM Work (Roles for the related system, approvals & create incidents in case of CIDM issues)
- Align, organize activities related to SPS Upgrades.
- Basis exchange (and prioritization) of Maintenance work & coordination of Maintenance Downtimes
- Alignment with other related Service Managers and the internal System-Owner/Service responsibilities
- Support Systemrefresh coordination
- Communication of Downtimes, Maintenance Requirements to the Business Stakeholders
- Participating in the COP Technical System Owner/Service Manager/System Owner
- Participation in the DIA BC QRQC meeting
- Participating in the system related exchange meetings with the Technical System Owner
- SLA Controlling in SNOW
