Description
Infrastructure Engineer with strong VMWare Cloud experience is required to join a project with a well renowned employer based in Corsham, Wiltshire. You would also have the opportunity to go through SC clearance if you don't already have it.
This Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role will see you supporting on-prem production grade cloud IaaS services offerings across a number of hosted solutions and environments.
While we aren't looking for an exact match of the below, here are the core technologies you would be utilising:
VMWare technology on Hyper converged infrastructure, specifically:
- Cloud Foundation (VCF)
- vRealize
- vROPs
- NSX-T
- Dell VxRail
- Linux (Ubuntu used but any flavour)
- Windows
- Active Directory
- Data Centre Networking (Cisco) (ACI)
- Gitlab and Scripting/automation experience preferred (powershell, salt, ansible, terraform etc)
- Splunk
This Cloud VMWare Infrastructure Engineer contract is Outside IR35 but you would be required to spend 5 days on site in Corsham.
Please note you must either hold live SC Clearance or be eligible for SC Clearance or DV Clearance to be considered for this Infrastructure Engineer contract.
