Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a Major Private Sector Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting Service Delivery Manager to be based out of York, UK for an initial period of 8 Months with possible extension.
Job Title: Service Delivery Manager.
Location: York.
Contract Length: Until 31st Dec 2022 with possible extension.
The Maximum daily Rate: £297 per day - Umbrella.

Minimum Requirement:
The Service Delivery Manager is a key member of the Business Unit, which has been set up to manage all aspects of the relationship with clients within the UK. Working in partnership with our client delivering workspace management across the client infrastructure.
- Owning operational relationship between internal and client organisations, acting as prime interface
- Customer-facing
- Ensuring a coordinated and appropriate level of service is provided to all our clients, including management against SLA.
