Description

End User 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide 2nd Line IT technical support to a wide range of users across laptops/desktops. Confident and professional via phone or hands-on' at a desk, you will provide a first-rate service solving IT issues for colleagues at all levels of the business.

Essential Skills: Your CV will show a demonstrable track-record of 2nd Line Support. Experience supporting Servers, network equipment, voice & video hardware and mobile devices. Able to support software installations (Windows 10 etc). Strong communication skills and documentation ability. SC Clearance is not needed to start, but you will have the ability to pass SC Clearance once working. Any previous SC Clearance useful, but not essential.

Immediate interviews, start ASAP. Initially for 3 -6 months, may extend. This role will be based on-site in Bristol, full-time, 5 days a week.

NB: This role has been deemed 'inside' of IR35. The rate quoted is the Umbrella rate.
