IT Service Desk Applications Support Analyst - MS Power Apps

Inside IR35

My client a global medical devices company are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Applications Support Analyst with MS Power Apps experience to join their team in Reading on a contract basis. Please note there is a requirement to work a couple of days per week onsite with some flexibility for remote working. Please note this role is deemed Inside IR35, you will need to be paid via an umbrella company. As an IT Service Desk Applications Support Analyst - MS Power Apps you will be required to support MS Power Apps and the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Service Tickets
  • Monitoring
  • Infrastructure and Access Management
  • Ussr Access
  • Ticket Management
  • MS Power Applications Support
  • MS Time and Tracking
  • Any experience or
  • Applications support
  • IT Support
  • Support of Salesforce/Veeva - previous experience is desirable
  • Manage open tickets out of SLA
