Informatica Platform Specialist
£500/day through umbrella engagement
6 month contract
Ideally 3 days a week in Eastleigh
Technical
- Proficient in the design, build an test if of informatica Data Engineering work ideally in Developer (DEI/BDM) (from mappings to workflows and application)
- Database experience with Postgres and/or MS SQL Server
- Familiarity with Remote Working/MS Teams etc
Design
- Ability to design data engineering solutions to defined requirements
- Confidentiality and Data Privacy is upmost concern in design and deployment
- Designs for error paths to create a robust and easily traceable solution
- Experience of working with Product Owners in Agile style to refine solutions
- Datamodelling experience - 3NF and schema's in support of reporting such as Star/Snowflake Schemas (not Snowflake the Cloud Database Platform)
- Keep design simple whilst meeting requirements - these solutions will likely move to business ownership so designing in a way for ease of understanding and maintenance by non technical users is key
