IT Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, Witney, £11 Per Hour Inside IR35
An experienced IT Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst is urgently needed on an initial two month contract to join a leading company based in Witney, Oxfordshire. As the Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst you will be responsible for providing high quality 1st/2nd line support to my clients user base whilst taking ticket ownership and either resolving or escalating where necessary.
This position has been deemed inside IR35 and the position will require someone to work onsite full time.
As the Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, you will ideally have the following experience and skill sets:
Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful IT Support Analyst's technical experience and abilities will include:

Experience providing high quality 1st and some 2nd line support over the phone, face to face and via email

Experience working with a ticketing system?

A familiarity with Office365 and Windows 10

Exposure to cloud, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory
- DBS/DS clearance - Highly desirable
