An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Flexera SME/Architect to join the current team with one of our global IT clients. This is a fully remote role (UK based), Full time contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for High- & Low-level design for the deployment of tool in the environment and should have good Flexera solutioning skills. Their current team is assisting with the implementation of Flexera toolset (FlexNet Manager Suite, Flexera AppBroker/AppPortal) from Cradle-to-grave throughout a client engagement and contribute to new releases by delivering configuration tasks and features.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- HLD/LLD experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AM Tool Stack configuration and administration with overall 3+ years of IT experience.
- Experience on minor enhancements and hotfixes and system data maintenance (user, group, locations), ACL's, UI Actions, Catalog Items, etc.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 processes.
