SRE with Haproxy | 6 months Initial | Remote UK
One of our consultancy clients are looking for an SRE with Haproxy experience for an initial 6 month contract in the UK working fully remote.
Key Skills:
- Linux system administration & configuration management, primarily with CentOS and Ubuntu; VM, Open stack or bare metal deployment
- Ansible
- Monitoring & Alerting (must)
- CI/CD (must), Orchestration (must)
- Any Scripting language like Python, Go, Bash etc.,
- Linux knowledge with networking
- [SRE with] Haproxy, TR69, SSL or TLS, F5, VIP allocation knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with orchestration layer to fulfil life cycle management scenarios.
- Monitoring and management of Linux VMs
- Develop a telco grade PaaS
- Design, document, and implement a PaaS solution to onboard and integrate vendor provided or requested applications
- Be responsible for the engineering and support of production environments, including automation of patches, upgrades, reliability and performance improvements
- Ownership lab facilities for Dev & Test activities of PaaS
Contract Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: 100% UK Remote
- Duration: 6 months initial
- Day Rate: £525-£550 (All Inclusive)
