Description
We are looking for someone with SITS experience primarily, and the ideal candidate will also have knowledge of other HE applications used in student management processes including Scientia Timetabling products, MSL (election management), Libcal, SEAtS, PowerBI, Raisers Edge, Room Service, and MS SQL. We'd also like them to have experience of incident management and prioritisation using ITiL best practice.
