Peoplesoft Support Analyst - Investment Bank
- Expert knowledge on the PeopleSoft application (3 to 5 year experience or more)
- Experience on production support activities (3 to 5 year experience or more)
- Adaptability and desire to learn new products and technologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to manage high pressure situation, analyse, prioritise and multi-task
- Reactivity & Ability to understand problems and situations and to draw out logical conclusions.
- Effective Communication, Rigour, Method, Autonomy, Patience.
- Flexibility
- Knowledge of incident, problem and change management skills (ITIL concepts)
Taking ownership and resolution focused - Ability to build relationships across internal and external teams
Analytical, interpersonal, and influencing skills. - Ability to write quality documentation
- Be a role model, supporting and fostering a culture of good conduct
- Demonstrate proactivity, transparency and accountability for identifying and managing conduct risks
- Consider the implications of actions on colleagues, partners and clients before making decisions, and escalate issues to the manager when unsure
Understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll Interface - Ability to support and configure
- Process Scheduler, Integration Broker and REN Server
- Web Server and Application Server
- Complex PeopleSoft Queries
- Report distribution
- Excellent SQL skills (MSSQL)
Preferred:
- Knowledge of file transfer and encryption technologies
- ITIL certifications
- Hybrid working and Inside IR35.
