- Conduct design sessions with customer on specific requirements
- Drive implementation on enhancements (CRDs)
- Lead implementation of those enhancements and align all parties involved (customer / integration consultant / technical lead, etc.)
- Support the customer on solving issues in production and test
- Knowledge transfer
