For one of our Pharma clients we are seeking freelance support as:Payroll Manager Kronos (M/F/D)
Tasks:
· Vendor Management
· Report and correct issues within Kronos
· Create automation between Kronos and Workday and fully test these items
· Stakeholder – Management
· help creation of Kronos manager documentation
· working on the next release with Ireland
· Report and correct issues within Kronos
· Start to create automation between Kronos and Workday and fully test these items
· Kronos administration for three of the payrolls
· Creating Kronos materials for the BHR and Managers
Qualification:
· Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Finance / Accounting
· 2 years of payroll operational experience
· Extensive understanding of Kronos
· Understand payroll and how there are touchpoints from Kronos to payroll
· Experience with Workday
· Must Have: Business fluency in English
