Task:
- providing network solution to Office, Production and DC Network’s with GNOC and H&F support
- managing Change, Incident, Request and Tasks operations through CISM and Service now to meet the greed SLA
- handling Change approvals in Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- maintaining IOS firmware and devices inventory spread sheets
- running operations for disaster recovery and back up of data
- preparing infrastructure information document (IID) for the customer
- device Management and rack alignment via Command Tool
- NetPM webtool for Wan routers health check and process escalation to ISP
- implement IP and Domain services (CIDR and sub-netting) IPv4 in QIP
- troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving network related issues in a timely manner
- incident management, handle the controlling of whole infrastructure
