IT Systems Engineer
£330 per day Inside IR35
Northampton 5 days a week

My client, a global leader in car manufacturing and motorsport, are currently looking to take on a experienced IT Support Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft skills and an understanding of licensing needs and issues. You will need to be an organised individual with excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to build rapport quickly, to enable you to offer exceptional service and perform under pressure.
You typical day to day role will include:
o Monitoring of License Servers
o Licence & Contract Renewals
o Updating License Files and Managers
o Software Packaging and Installation
o Liaising with Stakeholders
o Dealing with escalations
Purpose of the role is:
* Support the business with Software Procurement
* Support client and infrastructure licensing
* Solve licensing issues escalated from the Service Desk
You will need to be skilled at
* Learning new skills and IT technologies
* Communication
* Data Analysis
* Using your initiative
* Working unguided Methodical approach with attention to detail
And have experience
* Software Licensinge Administration
* Client and Server Operating Systems
* SAP, or similar Finance and Procurement system
* Jira Management, or similar task management system
* SCCM, or similar software management tools
* ITIL Best Practises
