What's it all about?
This is an integral role, supporting the Reward & Performance team, with primary focus on Pension & Benefits plan administration and management of key Reward Vendors. The successful candidate would be expected to interact heavily with both the Reward Team, Procurement, Accounts Payable and AskHR (internal service desk or employee queries). As well as interaction with external vendors to manage plan administration, reporting, vendor relationships.
The Europe Reward and Performance team manage employee benefits across 29 locations, so this role will require benefits administration for locations outside of the UK.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Work closely with the Reward Team to deliver a best in class employee experience for benefits
Manage internal stakeholders and processes to deliver diverse benefit packages
Contribute to the development of the international benefit strategy
Lead employee benefits projects and engage both internal and external key stakeholders
Contribute to the design, implement and administration of new and innovative strategies for benefits in conjunction with the wider reward strategy, including overseeing the implementation of benefit programmes in new start up countries
Provide accurate and timely operational support, including data reconciliation with payroll, liaison with our benefit administrators and payment of invoices from third party benefit providers
Ownership of end to end Sourcing and Procurement requirements for areas of responsibility
Manage external vendor relationships to ensure compliance with the company procedures and governance principles
Ensure compliance with the company internal processes and procedures including process documentation, key access controls and cyber security and data privacy requirements.
Support in executing wellbeing strategy
Support on ad-hoc projects as required by the business
