Our client, a Big 4 Consultancy is seeking Case Handlers on a contract basis to work for a central Government department based remotely.

The Case Handlers must hold an active CTC or SC Clearance

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness
  • The project will cover a wide range of subject matters which will be trained in role
  • Experience case handling and complaint handling across Financial Services and/or Government and Public Services
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while working at pace
  • Great written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
  • Ability to learn how to use new applications and systems quickly and effectively
  • Flexible and able to switch between processes easily based on workflow prioritisation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing and changing team
  • Be able to consider large volumes of information/data when performing processes
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a rapidly growing technical team
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and competence

The Role:

We are looking for case handlers to work in a result orientated, quality-controlled environment where being able to work with a high level of accuracy to prescribed processes and strict deadlines is essential. You will be working as part of a passionate, flexible, and high-quality team to support our client and their customers case processing challenges and backlogs in the Government and Public Sector. The case handling role is a hugely rewarding one which offers you the chance to make a positive impact on customers across an interesting array of subject matters.
