Description
Our client, a Big 4 Consultancy is seeking Case Handlers on a contract basis to work for a central Government department based remotely.
The Case Handlers must hold an active CTC or SC Clearance
Experience Required:
- Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness
- The project will cover a wide range of subject matters which will be trained in role
- Experience case handling and complaint handling across Financial Services and/or Government and Public Services
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while working at pace
- Great written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
- Ability to learn how to use new applications and systems quickly and effectively
- Flexible and able to switch between processes easily based on workflow prioritisation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing and changing team
- Be able to consider large volumes of information/data when performing processes
- Ability to work independently & as part of a rapidly growing technical team
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and competence
