Description
IT Support Technician - Rollout of hardware and software around North Wales (Mold base location).Rate up up to £188 day, inside IR35.
Working with NHS teams and GP clinical systems, you will assist team members with support on bespoke systems and applications (Cegedim Vision, EMIS Web, TPP SystmOne and HP GP Managed Prince Services).
Providing advance support with MS Office, Teams and Visio.
Installation of hardware including installation or replacement of equipment which maybe heavy and requires manual handling (lifting, pushing, pulling laptops and IT equipment weighing up to 2-5 kgs).
Essential qualifications:
ITIL Foundation certified
Strong knowledge of common hardware and software applications
MS Active Directory
MS Windows Server
MS Exchange
