Cloud Consulting has an urgent requirement for an experienced Technical Architect to join a high-profile project for a leading NHS portfolio of work.
The role has been assessed as Inside of IR35 and is fully remote.
Project context:
The programme business analysts delivered the Solution requirements in an innovative way using the Capabilities and Standards Model to support the programme objectives, with a move towards specifying business Outcomes rather than detailed requirements.
Further innovation has taken place in the expression and delivery of Framework requirements resulting in Generation 2 (Gen2) principles for specifications, expressed as Capabilities, Epics and Acceptance criteria, with far fewer detailed requirements.
It is expected that this SOW will continue towards the innovative progression of the Capabilities and Standards Model, by helping to define the technical requirements associated with the new workstreams.
Working as part for the programme's Tech Authoring programme within NHSD to define technical approach and standards for existing systems and new market entrants. Focus on interoperability and re-use of existing standards. Supporting on the approach for systems are assessed against these standards.
