Description
An EUC Technical Lead (SME) with SC level clearance is required to join the team for this Hybrid role. The EUC Technical Lead (SME) will be required to attend the office in Central London for 2 days a week.
The EUC Technical Lead (SME) will define solutions and solve problems from discovery through to defining solutions and the associated product life cycle. This role supports the EUC Service Owners in the delivery, maintenance and ongoing future strategy to support business requirements.
The EUC Technical Lead (SME) will support the design and transition to future technology services and environments, act as SME for EUCS technology environment assisting in operational activity and business change, input into the IT asset Management roadmap and maintain a deep understanding of a large enterprise estate infrastructure and interdependencies on supporting technologies.
Candidates for the EUC Technical Lead (SME) role MUST have SME level technical understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access solutions including Azure Active Directory, MFA, Windows Hello for business and Active Directory.
EUC Technical Lead (SME) candidate must also have experience as the technical SME for end user hardware/software and for Monitoring endpoint estate/Experience of Nexthink would be useful but not essential.
All candidates MUST have CURRENT SC Level clearance.
