IT Service Desk Analyst/IT Support Analyst
An exciting new opportunity has become available for an IT Service Desk Analyst/IT Support Analyst to come on board working for our client based in Leeds on a 3 month contract basis.
- The contract will be starting on the 2nd May 2023
- Inside IR35
- Onsite role 5 days per week in the office
IT Service Desk Analyst/IT Support Analyst
Provide general support for the new PMS system by answering calls and/or emails and documenting issues in the Firm's support software, Zendesk.
Gather pertinent information that is key to resolve issues regarding the new PMS system.
Direct issues to the correct resources to be resolved in a timely manner.
Manage your support queue and ensure issues are being addressed timely.
Meet with Hypercare management to discuss types of issues and support queue timings.
Escalate all risks and issues identified in a timely manner to appropriate management
Experience of working on a IT support desk.
Working knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft products
Zendesk
SAP experience desirable but not essential
1st & 2nd line helpdesk experience
Confidence in the use of IT systems and support software.
Demonstrate good attention to detail and organized.
Able to communicate well by telephone and e-mail.
Experience dealing with high volume workloads.
Self-starting individual who is able to stay motivated whilst working under pressure.
Good customer care skills.
Works well in a team environment.
