Description

One of our key clients, a growing pharmaceutical company based in the heart of Switzerland, are searching for a Quality Assurance Manager.

The firm produce products for patients with chronic illnesses and offer products across a number of therapeutic areas. They have a global presence and are headquartered close to Zurich in Switzerland.

Within the role you will be responsible for working with the external manufacturing partners of the firm and ensuring they are adhering to all relevant Quality Assurance standards and practises.

As part of the role you will be required to:
-Be responsible for the release of batches to market
-Work alongside the Regulatory Affairs department and ensure all dossiers are completed on time and to standards
-Manage relationships with third party providers, acting as a point of escalation for any issues that may occur
-Perform audits of suppliers

The ideal candidate will possess, and be able to demonstrate with examples, the following skills set:
-University Degree in a life sciences related field
-A minimum of 5 years Quality Assurance work experience directly in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
-Excellent communication skills. English is required, and German or French would be an advantage, although not a necessity
-Knowledge of Quality Systems, CAPA and batch record/ review
