Job Title: Senior Finance Manager (8A)Employer: NHS Acute TrustLocation: LondonRate: £300-£360 per dayContract: initial 3 monthsReal Staffing are recruiting on behalf of an NHS Acute Trust based in London which urgently requires an interim Divisional Finance Manager t to come on board for a 3-6 month period.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager who is looking to join an aspiring Foundation Trust.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- To provide financial & business leadership and expertise to the division Variance analysis
- Liaising with Divisional operations directors
- Come up with innovative CIP schemes
- Financial lead in the production of business cases
- Staff Management
- Ad-hoc duties where required
Essential skills and experience:
- NHS Acute/ Foundation Trust/ Community Trust experience
- Clinical Directorate experience
- Operated at AfC Band 8A
- Staff management experience
- Good communication skills
- CCAB Qualified
Rate is negotiable and will be determined based on the quality and experience of the successful applicant.
