My client, a Private healthcare provider, are looking for an experience Clinical Governance Manager to join there Governance team for an initial 6 month period.Previous experience of working in a private healthcare organisation is essential.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Manage and coordinate the process for Clinical incidents, Near misses and Safeguarding events - reporting outcomes/resolutions to the Directors, commissioners and families.
- Lead the Clinical Governance programme.
- Ensure all Care Quality Commission requirements are met and compliant on CQC inspections.
- Manage complaints and develop systems to prevent recurrence of issues and escalating to the Director where necessary.
