Campaigns Manager / Manchester / £48KCurrently looking for an experienced Campaigns Manager to develop, deliver and evaluate targeted, insight-driven, direct marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to deliver multiple campaigns, informed by insight, to support the business and marketing strategies.
- Control and co-ordinate support provided by external suppliers and monitor use of budget, in order to meet business requirements in the most cost-effective manner.
- Provide timely and insightful advice and analysis to shape and evaluate campaigns in order to maximise value to the business.
- Develop, coach and motivate the Campaign team members.
Key Accountabilities
- All campaigns delivered within agreed timescales and budget.
- Quality of deliverables meets the expectations of the business.
- Effective management of external suppliers and the associated budgets
- Evidence of good working relationships with internal customers
- Highly enthused and engaged team members.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Expert understanding and extensive experience of (direct marketing) campaign management and insight analysis methodologies.
- Good understanding of what drives consumer behaviour and how to motivate customers into action.
- Understanding of technical platform and capabilities in the market.
- Strong drive for quality assurance and proven track record in delivering insight-driven campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data for others.
- Ability to effectively set priorities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to confidently respond to challenge from senior leaders in an appropriate manner.
Salary - £48,000
