Our client are a leading and international pharmaceutical organisation who are consistently ranked within the top 10 grossing life sciences companies worldwide.Within their expanding quality operation, we are looking for a Senior Manager within Quality Operations.
Within the scope of the role, the successful applicant will be required to contribute quality oversight for life cycle development and sale of both drugs and medical devices. You will be the primary point of contact in dealing with external manufacturers, and work with these partners to ensure quality standards are being met.
The role holds a strong mix between technical QA understanding and relationship building and negotiation. In one hand you will need to manage all compliance issues, technical transfer activities and review CAPA's within the CMO's, and on the other hand you will also need to develop budgets, negotiate and develop agreements between partners and troubleshoot with any escalated issues.
With the diversity of the role, we are looking for someone with both skills set. You must have excellent QA knowledge, and be very confident with GMP, global regulatory guidelines and Health Authority inspections. Equally, you must be a strong negotiator, and possess both excellent analytical skills and excellent communication skills. Only English is required, but German or French would be an advantage.
This is a Senior Manager role, so you should have a Scientific Degree, 10 years industry experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
