Software Support - Application Support - Customer/Client Focused
Software / Application Support Analyst required to work within the support team of a large software house based in Aldershot. The main responsibility will be supporting customers/clients on a host of software products, so the right candidate will possess a technical qualification or have previous customer software support experience.
Full training will be provided on the applications and systems, so a willingness to learn is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate support incidents raised by customers/clients
- Manage support incidents through to resolution and provide customers with regular updates
- Work closely with development teams to identify resolutions
- Communicate issues to the Services Support Manager
- Update documentation
- Participate in Problem Management processes
Skills:
- Experience of bespoke application support or similar environment
- Ability to perform troubleshooting on applications running on Windows and Linux infrastructure
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
