Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the successful candidate will be an emerging HR Generalist or an experienced Generalist looking for a HR Officer / Advisor level position.The successful postholder will be responsible for supporting Line Managers in relation to Employee Relations, Disciplinary & Grievance, Recruitment and HR Projects. Boasting a full Generalist skillset, the successful candidate will provide key advice and support to the department during a challenging period of transition for the Trust.
The successful individual will have NHS experience gained ideally within an Acute Trust and be either CIPD qualified or studying towards full CIPD status.
