Proteus Europe are currently looking for a SAP MOA business analyst for one of our clients based in Belgium.Job description:
Candidates must speak fluent English and French as well as good Dutch.
The candidate will work in the Cost Accounting Steering Centres, on the SAP platform for the French entities . In this context, knowledge of bank environment is not required.
Business analyst (MOA) / Key User for French entities
- You are in charge of providing functional support for the French entities on the SAP platform. Your task is to
- Provide support when needed, organise/attend the necessary functional workshops with end users to gather the requirements and answers their needs
- Prepare Functional Analysis documentation (Translation of needs into specifications)
- Ensure that end users understood the requirements
- You are the accounting contact of the metiers (Paris and Casablanca),
MOE (IT) and MOA SAP for French entities
- Follow-up of the monthly closing and preparation of the yearly closing
- Follow-up of the expense notes correct flow
- Preparation of the yearly prorate process
- You coordinate the necessary change management initiatives. Your
task is to:
- Provide process impact input to the Process team
- Prepare/update training material
