Responsibilities:- Support UK client in right-sizing their customer facing resources and French client in defining the resources & capabilities needed to reenter the market
- work to be done using defined methodology
- Run workshops in UK & France building on plans to define the required set-up.
- define the blueprint for UK & France
- Gather existing information (country plan, current organization, etc.)
- Consolidate outputs
- Conduct structure & sizing evolution
- Finalize project deliverables
Start date: ASAP, 1st of April latest
Location: Home-based + travel to certain workshops
Duration: 4 weeks
