QA Analyst - Banking - Contract - LondonMy client, a tier-1 bank within London, is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance SME to design and own the QA Framework, agreeing the in-house quality standards, controls and procedures.
The successful Analyst will agree the QA plan and methodology for CDL with the senior CDL leadership team. They will have experience working in a change function and will act as the catalyst for change and improvement:
- following the end to end processes to ensure that deadlines are met,
- ensuring processes match the actions taken by the team,
- that the process manual is proactively updated to reflect the project enhancements
- and providing ad hoc training to ensure team quality.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Quality Assurance experience
- Financial Service Background
- Worked in a Change function
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Experience training where necessary.
This role is offering a 6 month rolling contract and a daily rate of up to £450 has been signed off, for the correct applicant (based on experience, current situation and relevance to this position)
