Supply Chain Manager - Global Pharma

About the Job

A Leading Pharmaceutical company with a global reach is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to become an important member of their supply chain sector.
Within this role you will have accountability for forecasting a category of products in a specific geographical region, whilst managing supply sites globally. You will be collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the delivery of new and existing products.
I am recruiting for a candidate that can offer strong potential as a demand planner and supply chain manager, but also one that shows skills to become future senior leader! There is a succession plan to become a supply chain director in the near future so along with great experience, I am looking for someone with tenacity and drive.

Responsibilities include:

*statistical forecasting on a monthly cycle, up to 36 months in advance in SAP
* monthly S&OP meetings and telecons
* regular supply site meetings or telecons whilst managing and improving the business relationship with your suppliers
* support existing product innovations and new product development
* improve forecasts and customer service
*reduce stock outs and minimise risk related to stock availability

* a large amount of experience in supply chain forecasting within an FMCG or pharma environment
* demonstrable examples and achievements in improving processes
* an assertive and resilient nature, always questioning the way things are done
* excellent interpersonal skills with ability to contribute fully to cross functional teams
* highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
* excellent working knowledge of SAP
* self-starter with a demonstrable track record in working on own initiative and achievement of impressive results
* a genuine passion for supply chain!
