Planned Care Project Manager

My client, a CCG in the South East, is looking for a Project Manager to part of a team and be responsible for delivering a number of commissioning projects.

Initial priorities for project work include:

-Reductions in unnecessary elective referrals and follow up appointments within the acute sector
-Refinement of the Ophthalmology pathways
-Review of musculoskeletal contracts, pathways and performance with a view to changing commissioning methodology
-Review of services that could be undertaken out of hospital and within Health Hub environment
-Clinical pathway reviews

Day rate: Negotiable
Duration: 3 months initially
