Description

I am working with an NHS Trust in London who are looking for an interim Commercial Contract Manager for an initial 3 month contract. The client is looking for someone to start ASAP.

The suitable candidate will be leading the commercial financial discussions on behalf of the Trust and will include negotiations with external bodies, both NHS and non-NHS. The candidate will be expected to lead on commissioning negotiations for new services for the Trust.

Day rate: £350 - £400 d.o.e

Essential criteria:
  • NHS or Private Healthcare experience.
  • Understanding of the principles behind the PbR tariff
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Understanding of NHS Finance and procurement systems
  • Experience of working with a Pharmacy Practice would be beneficial.


Day to day duties:
  • Lead responsibility for providing contract negotiation with providers
  • Providing support to the planning team in driving the business forward
  • Support service delivery and achievement of performance/quality targets (KPI's)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and providers.
