Role: CCVP/CCNP Voice Engineer Location: London Rate: £275 dayI have an urgent need for a CCVP/CCNP Voice Engineer to work on a long contract in London at a rate of £275 day. The ideal candidate will have:- Cisco Certified Network Professional - Voice accreditation (or equivalent knowledge)
- Strong Voice/VoIP operations (2nd/3rd line complex troubleshooting) and deployment (project) experience for an enterprise/financial environment.
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco IP Phones skills
- Cisco IPT including protocols such as MGCP, SIP, H.323 and other protocols with ability to perform analysis and reporting
- Exposure to BT Turret System and associated profiles (Trading Voice Technologies)
