Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in the South East are recruiting for an interim Board Secretary for a period of 3-6 months.Your key responsibilities and objectives will include;
- Facilitate the smooth operation of Governing Body meetings
- Act as lead support for the Chair in the effective functioning of the CCG
- Organise CCG Governing Body Members meetings and agendas
- Support the Chair to ensure the effective functioning and development of the CCG's Council of Members
- Ensure the effective flow of information across the Governing Body Members and Committees
- Lead continuous improvement of corporate governance matters
- Prepare papers, reports and presentations on behalf of the Chair and Chief Executive Officer
Experience in a similar role within the NHS is essential.
